GREAT location, incredible view, beautiful beach just a short walk away, close to shops and restaurants, spacious and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for a better holiday experience! Thank you!

The view, if you have a room facing the sea, is very nice. A whole collection of photos in the lobby retraces the evolution of Livadi and of Serifos in general.

Good location, near port, restaurants, bars. Sufficient breakfast for its category. Clean lobby, breakfast lounge, bathroom. Polite lady at the reception/breakfast room (the only person apparently working there).

Understaffed. Nobody at the reception at most times. No chambermaid service between the two nights of my stay. Old furniture in need of immediate refurbishment. Rear room, a bit depressing.

We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts were kind and welcoming, making us feel well looked after. The room was cleaned daily and had all the amenities we needed, including towels and shampoo & conditioner. Naias is conveniently located near the beach and a variety of great restaurants, with a beautiful view of the port and Livadia. Definitely coming back!

There was a nice view from our balcony and it was a short (but steep) walk down to the town and further around to the beach.

The hotel was often unstaffed which made seeking assistance and even checking out, more difficult. They did leave a number on the bench but no phone, so again this did not make it any easier. The walk up from the town was very steep, and for it's price we had experienced much better locations on other islands.

I loved the people who run it, as they were very helpful and positive.

My room was at the front of the hotel and while it was very windy it was very noisy and when people came home late they slammed the front door, so I woke up quite a lot.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Serifos and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the port and even closer to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the bay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the island. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine on our last night. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The wifi, which was a bit slow and patchy at times.

No swimming pool.....but hardly any hotels in serifos have one.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sheltered Livadakia beach and the bus station with easy access to other popular beaches. We loved being so close to the port, and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and modern, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the daily room service made our stay even more comfortable. a great value for the money!

That there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.

The staff at Naias were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean, comfortable and very good value for money. The hotel itself is situated in a central location, near the town and beaches. We enjoyed our stay, with a lovely breakfast on our balcony each morning. We both feel totally relaxed after our stay in Naias and our visit to Serifos.

Naias is situated within walking distance to the taverns near the port with a spectacular view to the picturesque main town (hora). Remarkably close to the public parking place and also very close (walking distance) to the livadakia beach. Very quiet area, very convenient for those who want to enjoy dinner or a night's drinks without using the car.

The hotel consists of various buildings, so the backside rooms, especially those situated one level lower are a bit depressing with restricted view to a small garden. It is a pity that the breakfast is so poor! A nice breakfast served at the terrace of the hotel -not downstairs- would be perfect! Why miss this spectacular view to the hora (main city) of Serifos?

Convenient Starting Point: With Naias as my base, I had the pleasure of exploring the stunning beaches of Serifos. From Livadakia to Psili Ammos and Karavi, each beach was like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

Slightly Firm Mattress: The only minor issue I encountered was the bed's firmness, which didn't quite suit my personal preference.

Very polite and helpful staff. Great location - close to the centre of Serifos and also close to two nice beaches. We had a lovely view on the sea and beautiful Chora, especially at night. It was comfortable and good value for money.

Great pool and stunning sunsets. The rooms were cleaned daily, although sometimes it took a little reminder. The hotel is in a strategic location, just seconds from the beach, and offers a gorgeous view from the balcony.

The rooms were basic and poorly finished, with showers that flooded the entire bathroom. The hotel staff seemed inexperienced and lacked knowledge about running a hotel.
